Touch is the first sense that our baby develops, long before they are born. It is the way that they begin to make sense of the world around them. Providing touch for our baby develops feelings of love, peace, belonging, trust and security. Baby massage is relaxing for both you and your baby and can encourage longer sleep durations for baby. It stimulates all of baby's major systems: co-ordination, respiration, digestion, learning and language development. Our sequences can help to relieve constipation, trapped wind and ease colic and teething. And last but by no means least, baby massage helps to strengthen the loving bond between baby and you. Come and spend six sessions with a small group of new friends, gaining new knoweldge and experiencing all the benefits that baby massage has to offer.
